About Sonia

Sonia is our talented reservations coordinator and supports the day-to day running of Frankie Says. As well as managing our bookings, Sonia is a fountain of knowledge about all things Frankie Says and handles a myriad of guests’ requests and questions. From arranging a bottle of the finest fizz or freshly baked cookies, to giving inside info on the best places to visit, Sonia has everything you need for a fantastic stay.
Sonia’s favourite thing about her role is its creativity – ‘you never quite know what you’re going to pull out of the hat next’. And the other thing? ‘Being called Frankie, I don’t even who is!’

Rosario has worked in hospitality since 2018, recently swapping restaurants for the accommodation sector. As operations coordinator, Rosario keeps everything at Frankie Says’ ship-shape, cross-checking every detail, from our apartments’ sparkling cleanliness to whether Frankie Says’ culture is true to our brand; warm, welcoming, with a generous scoop of fabulousness.
Rosario loves keeping everything at Frankie’s flowing swimmingly. His favourite apartment feature is free Netflix, especially when it comes with complementary popcorn. Nom nom.

About Ricardo

Ricardo is Frankie’s in-house maintenance genius. Skilled in many trades, Ricardo has gained a vast experience in maintenance since his arrival to the UK in 2011. Ricardo maintains all our Frankie’s apartments to an exacting standard – if something is bleeping, leaking, or squeaking, he’ll be there in a jiffy.

Ricardo’s favourite way to unwind is taking his family back to his native Tenerife as often as possible.

Shu handles all Frankie’s accounts, including making sure all our financial reports are up-to-date and managing invoicing and payments. As accountant for a hip and happening serviced apartments provider in central London, Shu’s favourite things about his role are being surrounded by a great bunch of people and keeping the books beautifully balanced.
After a busy day reconciling spreadsheets, Shu likes nothing more than gliding around London town on his e-scooter.

Javier is one of the co-founders and visionaries behind Frankie Says’ forward-thinking flexi-stays. Javier has over 20 years’ experience of operating short and long-term residential lets in vibrant London neighbourhoods.
Already a successful apartment rental company for 10 years, Javier was key in realising our company’s glittery re-birth.
A refreshing spin on stuffy hotels and room stays, Frankie Says is about transforming cramped stopovers into fabulous experiences, featuring dazzling design-led apartments in characterful buildings, free perks, and effortless customer touchpoints. These flourishes make Frankie Says’ brand bristle in London’s competitive hospitality market.
When not conjuring up guest-pleasing ideas (which is most of the time) Javier loves bouncing balls on the tennis court.

About Daniel

Daniel, an experienced commercial estate agent and part-time frustrated interior designer, has been around since Frankie was in the womb. Like a proud father, Daniel, supports and nudges Frankie in the right direction, advising him how to make guests happy, and when he’s had enough sweets.
Having worked in the property sector for over two decades, Daniel knows a thing or two about great hospitality. As such, Frankie’s is about ‘warm, REAL service without making guests feel claustrophobic.’
When not at Frankie’s, Daniel enjoys watching his daughters play football. He’s also a serial chewing gum chewer. Because fresh, minty breath matters.

About Ben

Ben worked in residential property sales in the West End for over two decades and has been part of our crew since Frankie’s inception. Specialising in unique and funky spaces, Ben helped secure our awesome flagship building in Long Acre featuring an ‘omg-look-at-that- view’ sky terrace.
As hands-on co-founder, Ben provides grown-up stuff like strategic direction, along with checking important day-to-day things like the quality of the towels. The ‘fluff factor’ is real, people.
Ben’s favourite pastime is spending a Saturday afternoon listening to Gilles Peterson on Radio 6 Music, starting with a coffee, and finishing with a beer. Smooth.
